Our beef is available in four share sizes: 1/8, 1/4, 1/2, and whole beef. Whether you're filling a small freezer for the first time or stocking your family for the year, there's a share size that's right for you.
Unlike grocery store beef, your order is reserved in advance. Once your share is processed, your beef is cut, packaged, and ready for pickup.

Reservation Deposit
A 50% deposit is required to reserve your beef share. Paid Via Check or Cash
Because we process a limited number of cattle at a time, reservations are accepted on a first-come, first-served basis.
